Take bus 310 direction ‘Station Zuid’ or 197 direction ‘Leidse plein’ at Busstop Airport/Plaza. Get off at Busstop Amstelveense weg in Amsterdam.
Walking from busstop (also a metrostop) ‘Amstelveense weg’. When facing the metro-exit Olympic Stadion you go to the right, and directly after the bridge you turn left (there is a bicycle road). Follow the bicycle road, at the end it makes a turn to the right, then walk about 50-100 meters and you will find the ‘Sporthallen’ at your left hand, walk around the building to find the main entrance,
2-An alternative by train:
From Schiphol railway take the train to Amsterdam-Zuid station (intercity direction Heerlen or Nijmegen, platform 1-2). From there walk to Metrostation Zuid and take metro 50 direction Isolatorweg. Get off at Metrostation Amstelveenseweg.
Take the exit Olympic Stadion. From there see above.
Tickets available at “Plaza” in Schiphol hall.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT in Amsterdam:
Is very good and regular; locals check in and out with a smart travel card. Visitors can buy a single ticket from the driver on the tram and bus at € 2.80, for 1 hour travelling. Also available in tram and bus are day tickets for unlimited travelling, for 1 day: € 7.50 and for 2 days: € 12.00. Day tickets, for 3 days (€ 16.50) or 4 days (€ 21.00) can also be bought on arrival at Schiphol Airport at “GWK Travelex office” opposite Arrivals nr. 3 or at “Holland Tourist Information” opposite Arrivals nr. 2. They are also available opposite main exit Amsterdam-Centraal Station at “GVB Tickets & Info” and the Tourist Information office. These tickets are valid on all Amsterdam busses, trams and metro (=subway), not on trains though.
Near the venue you have to pay till 19.00 hrs. €2,40 per hour, €18,50 a day. On Sunday it is free.
A cheaper possibility for Thursday-Saturday is the Park + Ride location at the Olympic Stadion, which is a few minutes walk to the venue. (See note below)
Please note: Amsterdam's parking meters no longer accept cash or coins. You must pay with a Dutch pin or chip card or any major (international) credit card. Because of the limited number (and expense) of parking spots in the city, many visitors choose to park their car at one of the many Park + Ride locations at the edge of Amsterdam. Costs: after 10.00 a.m. €1.00 for 24 hours, plus € 5.00 for a GVB (public transport) ticket for 2 persons. You need to proof that you went to the center of Amsterdam (a wide area: see https://www.p1.nl/fileadmin/pdf/P_R_Olympisch_stadion/IV891-P_R_Totaal_kaart_EN_DEC_14.pdf ) by presenting your used public transport ticket at the ticket machine (otherwise it cost you 27 Euros per day).
